When refunds are available for our service fee and the government fee.

Government fee

The Government of Canada states that the eTA fee is non-refundable. Once your application has been submitted to the Government of Canada, we cannot recover this fee, whatever the outcome.

How to request a refund

Email support@canadaetaassist.com with your order reference. We respond within [X] business days and process approved refunds to the original payment method within [X] business days.
