A private travel-document assistance service that helps travellers get their Canada eTA application right the first time.
Canada eTA Assist is operated by Pacific Legacy Trust, a private company that provides online application assistance for travel authorizations.
What we do
- Provide a clear, step-by-step form in plain language.
- Review your answers for errors and omissions — for example a passport number that doesn't match your document.
- Submit your application to the Government of Canada on your behalf and pay the government fee from the total you pay us.
- Offer customer support by email throughout the process.
What we don't do
- We are not a government agency and are not affiliated with or endorsed by the Government of Canada or IRCC.
- We do not make decisions on applications or influence their outcome or speed.
- We do not provide legal or immigration advice. For complex cases, consult an authorised representative (a licensed immigration consultant or lawyer).
- We do not guarantee approval or entry to Canada.
